Contractor in Kansas City Northland

Michael Beltran
Posted

Hello, I'm looking for a GC or a handyman in the Kansas City northland area.  I'm looking to build my portfolio with small single family homes, duplexes or townhomes and need a "go to guy" for whatever the property needs done to get rented.  Thanks in advance!

@Michael Beltran we have a severe shortage if good contractors. The good ones and the OK one are busy with referral jobs and have been doing a lot of retail owner occupant jobs that while tougher, pay much better. At the same time they are servicing their top investor clients between jobs, but not really seeking new jobs. So if people are seeking to find a new one, they are going to have to take a chance and work with newer entities and I would say take the time to help them learn how to be a good one.
