Originally from Springfield, Illinois, I plan on staying out here for quite some time.To be completely honest, other than signing the lease on the apartment I live in, I have not done any real estate deals yet.

Im not sure about Springfield MA...however the rental market in Boston is dominated by agents.  

The locations I am considering are Woodbridge, Manassas, Stafford, Fredericksburg, Fairfax, Springfield, Alexandria… (that should trigger a lot of keyword alerts) In the interest of time and not boring everyone with a lengthy introduction that will spell out all my real estate aspirations… I’ll keep blog post with any personal updates and lessons learned.

I'm in Springfield, MO and I have used Assignment Contract ($5k profit) and I have done double (simultaneous) closings where me and the Seller close and then Me and the end Buyer close on the same day.
