I recently heard an analyst say this about the Denver housing market: it has 10% more growth before it will catch up with other city's in the US with the same demographics (population, # of sports teams, # of colleges etc.)

The wi-fi is really cheap here about $60 per month and I was thinking about offering that as an incentive to my tenants but I spoke to on of the installers and he said multiple devices accessing the network would slow access to the cameras and that's the last thing I need.

Our primary focus was to make the shopping center focused on active living. to that extent, we had a gym, physical therapy and physician, a great sports grill & bar, and other companies who's business dealt with active living.

What are the recommended devices to use?

Soap Box ONOver time, most activities (e.g. businesses, sports, personal relationships, etc.) where judgement is involved, develop 'rules of thumb', 'short cuts', 'approximations', etc. which allow you to make 'quicker' decisions at the expense of less certainty; they will be wrong some of the time.

@Kalid Alogbi@Jake StenzianoThe only advice I can give is to try and build rapport with the person you are dealing with, whether it is sports, family, type of investing, hobby, etc.  

It would be a wonderful world if everyone could afford every safety device and had time to research them, but the truth is that sometimes you have to wait until time and money permit you to set up things for a large company.
