The view is purely subjective, how do you quantify a guaranteed 5% versus your "hypothetical," 6% yes there is a potential gain and loss each person will have to factor their own appetite for risk/reward to see if it's worth it for them personally.A loss of 50% in value requires a 100% gain just to break even, should anyone be subjecting their retirement to that risk?

Takeoff software is more useful for large commercial construction projects where you have hundreds of thousands of square feet of flooring, hundreds of different material items that need to be quantified and counted.I spent 7 years as a commercial construction estimator so I have spent thousands of hours using takeoff software, but I just don't think it would be very helpful for the average flip project.

It certainly show some impressive analytics but it is impossible to quantify exactly how much of my business has been generated from those ads, its simply looks and clicks.That being said, I had trouble with the payment process, I had some promotional coupons and they ended up running out and they never really notified me of it and I ran it a little too long (oops).I got some pretty decent results from paid facebook promotions for posts.- Dale Moody
