And as I mentioned I’ve procured tenants and managed properties for dozens of investors over the years.

We intend on procuring phone numbers and emails, then calling them (with a VA or with slybroadcast), texting if they don't respond to calling, and putting them on an email drip.

In all 50 states it is illegal to get paid for procuring a buyer or seller for a third party and all wrapped up in this is also referral fees.  

There is a matter of compensation, procuring cause etc etc.
