There is another test you can try for which is a flat 500 hours, but that is extremely hard to justify on just one rental. 

I passed my NMLS test last year as well so I would be looking to hang my licence somewhere.

I find it hilariously hypocritical of those that spout negative posts about "gurus" or "snake oil salesmen" without testing them out first.

Be sure you've tested the new software thoroughly before making the decision.

If it is because you want to sell real estate, it's vital.If you want to be an investor, then my suggestion is take the classes, but don't take the test. 

There's not one preferred way over the other, but I would test it out.

Thanks Evan,There aren't that many true turnkey companies around anymore.IMO the ones that stood the test of time are obviously doing a decent job and if they weren't, how did they last this long?
