One of the biggest complaints we see from Millennials is trying to fit a King size bed in a bedroom along with a dresser etc etc.

I think a platform is definitely the way for emerging purchasers, millennials, etc.

However, the Millennial generation hasn’t bought in to that dream as much as prior generations.

They seem to find a ton of discretionary violations on the non-conforming units, but pass them.It is already difficult to park on-street in many areas, this will only make it worse, but maybe millennials not owning cars will even it out.

I struggle with this everyday because my millennial friends that are buying over pay, or sit on the sidelines.

With the millennials being the fastest-growing group of consumers, it is important to advertise to fit their needs.

As a millennial, I know what my peers are looking for while traveling.

I think what also has to be considered is that not as many Chicago millennials will buy as we would have initially thought. 

No secret recipe, or some millennial metric.

Going forward though, it may be beneficial in the way of attracting younger professionals that are millennials as they are beginning to search for greener residences to call their home with apartments
