I don't hold a crystal ball, but with continual growth in the tech and finance industry as well as several large mixed-use developments occurring in the City, one of which being Microsofts satellite campus, I'm still very bullish on ATL.

Companies like Microsoft have had its fair share of harassment by the DOJ.So even in a free market environment, the government will often identify trends and developments that may put at risk its national security and hence have to act to address the threat  or may intervene to bring about equity and fairness.

Did you see where Microsoft wrote a letter stating they would move some of their business out of the U.S. if he expected them to be one of the major donors for this mad spending spree?
