Looking For Bookkeeping Spreadsheets

I've been searching the File Place for bookkeeping spreadsheets and found a couple but was wondering if anyone has any that they use and love that they wouldn't mind sharing.  I was going to go with QBO but I don't want to pay $20 per month for each entity of which I currently have 4.  There aren't a crazy number of transactions each month since much of it is purchase rehab and then refinance for buy and holds, rental income, rarely much maintenance, and then some REALTOR stuff.  It's all fairly basic and I feel like a spreadsheet is about the same effort but without the cost.  I do plan on going to a cloud based program like QBO when I have a few more properties.  As always thanks for the help!
