I am looking for recommendations for Property management companies in Huntsville,AL - who have experience managing small/med size Apartment complexes.

Though the rental market is strong in Merced, my investmenthas depreciated a third (it was down 2/3rd and has since recouped).My main reason for investing in Merced is the UC school that was coming up there.With the med school being planned in Merced, we can expect higher rents in a few years from now.

We think he's bipolar, because when he's on his meds, he's the nicest guy... but it's pretty obvious when he's not, because he can be a real dick.     

Then the med bills come up or repairs are needed and I have to re-use the card.David, maybe if I just constantly bug the bank, they'll let me convert it.

In all seriousness, we recent med/dental school grads are just HUGE red targets to the IRS.

Some don't take the meds that they are prescribed and desperately need!!

The thought behind physicians loans is that we have a very high debt to income ratio especially during residency, when we make about 50k/year but may have Med school debt >250k.

I figured the drawback with state university is that it is not a major employment base, as opposed to a hospital and medical school where nurses, doctors, med school students, would, presumably reside near a hospital setting. any potential drawbacks/downsides for this scenario vs a home near a university?

The townhouse we are renting is very close to the university, our current tenant is doing a fellowship program at the Med School.
