Itching to start but I have iffy credit (working on it!). 

I've got $150k in cash and trying to find a new job while I continue to pay rent and watch my cash burn.I've had the real estate itch for years and have just never had the guts to start.

And now we're itching for the big 2 week long Switzerland type excursions we still can't do.

My investor was itching for his first bigger flip coming from more of a rental background.

I'm itching to pull the trigger and start buying up properties left n right like some of the success stories I read.

Find an affordable place that will make her/you happy to live in, and find a way to also look for and buy investment property so that you can scratch your itch.
