As far as being covered for negligence, here is a quick guideline subject to some limitations. 1)It has to be an accident2)It has to occur in a place that is covered by the policy3)The person who is allegedly negligent must qualify as an insured under the policy4)The terms and conditions of the policy must be met5)You must cooperate with the insurance company during the investigation6)The negligent act cannot be be excluded i.e. dumping hazardous waste on someone else's property.
