ZIRP (zero interest rate policy, for all you young Dudes out there). ie when banks were lending at ultra low interest rates apartment builders jumped on the cheap capital to build that lovely new multifamily apartment building in a town near you.But not every town.Dallas, Phoenix, Charlotte, Houston, will boom in 2024.

The Houston Apartment Association has some good networking opportunities.

That being said, I can't defend Houston and the like... every time I'm down there I'm in awe of the residents.

This isn't rocket science and could have been done many years ago.

Partnerships = Rocket ships. 

For example, I purchased a primary residence in Alabama and lived in it for 3 (2004-2007) years, transferred to Texas where I purchased another home and lived in it for 1.8 years (2008-2009), moved again and purchased another home in Houston and lived in it for 3 years (2009-2012), moved to Virginia and rented for 3 years, and finally transferred to Louisiana and purchased another home which I have lived in for the past two and a half years (2015-present).

But this is not rocket science, and there are not "a lot of rules".

I'm the owner of a digital marketing company based out of Houston, Texas, that specializes in REI marketing, and now that I've been in business for awhile, I've noticed that Facebook ads are the better route for wholesalers getting started with my company than Google ads for a few reasons.
