At the Creamery, guests can milk goats, hike in the foothills alongside them as they forage, and eat food prepared by Putnam from ingredients sourced almost entirely on the ranch — colorful eggs, braised goat meat tacos, cajeta (goat's milk caramel), goat milk smoothies, and jalapeno dip for tortilla chips.

@Jennifer Bourdeau:I am an Active Investor, but read the "The Hands-Off Investor" as well, because I have been considering allowing others to invest alongside me.

I understand this is a modest proposal in a world of higher risk / higher return ventures here, but I have the funds to do this alongside of some other ventures and I'm wondering if I might as well put some of this money to work and see a bit more passive income generated. 

Then, what if you syndicated your own deals, invested alongside your investors, and earned a management fee, acquisition fee, and a monthly distribution...? 

If you wife had her license, she would be able to work along side you another agent. 

Hello everyone,Just discovered this forum a few days back and immediately fell in love it, absolutely love how everyone is super helpful and friendly.I just need some advice regarding my future plans, so basically my current plans are moving to Australia and pursuing a career in real estate alongside engineering (I'm 19 currently studying civil engineering)Is building a rental empire possible in Australia(In Melbourne for example)?

Though this topic gets more emphasis than other more important ones, it does show that the sponsor will fight hard for the success of the property knowing that their own capital is at risk alongside the LPs. 

I am focused more so alongside the West LA markets surround the 10 FWY, so I can speak to those markets.
