You have to get this done as fast as possible, and you're going to lose thousands from cancelled bookings and treatment as it is.

I’ll still send off market properties that come across my desk to the buyers I know who have cash ready and will close fast without being a jerk.

We also have HELOANs and HELOCs that can fund with the LLC in place I believe, but they are not as fast/good/easy as the ones that fund in personal name.

You have to be prepared to move fast on what I tell you.
