Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone Has had any good experience with a particular lender that will loan on a empty lot?

I've been wondering about for a while how we can make guests aware of that without giving the impression that we're trying to force the to give us a high rating.

People should stop applying sale of goods theories to it.    

I have a tenant occupied single in Allentown for sale.

I wanted to be able to help educate people, especially the underserved community, about real estate, whether buying, selling, and assisting with the process of foreclosures and short sales.

We are not currently under any sort of contract and we just found this thread through a google search on Lendbase.We are currently working on a construction loan to develop some residential lots, assumed the Mortgage Broker would be on the up and up... had some sales-ey call with a guy out of Utah. 

I was wondering if anyone knew how I can connect with or market to investors who specifically purchase land/ lots? 

I am wondering if anyone invests in this area can provide me with some referrals?

Hi KyleThe way most real estate for sale is priced these days there’s little to no cash flow after debt service with 25% down - borrowing a down payment would put the investor in a negative monthly position.
