Is it ok with you if they leave their dogs alone in there all day and dont know how to use the appliances washer dryerAre you OK with scrubbing toilets?

No washer or dryer.

AHW have paid for new water heaters, , propane  plumbing, washer dryer repair, as well as replacing other appliances, such as a refrigerator and a dishwasher.  

Hi Max,(((($30)))) an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.You should have hardened both units washers for a total of $60.You didn't, so it seems to me charging the resident for this is not best/right.And under the kitchen sink you can Harden the area by using a scrap of linoleum type vinyl flooring.Cut it so it goes up the back wall to the drain and down to the doors in the front.

There’s an unfinished basement with 3 sets of washer/dryers.

Am I the only one who would add a washer and dryer in there for that price?

Additional features include washer/dryer hookups, sundeck balconies, and a detached carport for parking.
