I'm looking for some rule of thumb numbers to understand the costs.Price LF  Footings:Price SF Slab Break and Replace:Price CY excavation:Price Block or SF - Block Foundation Walls:Assume a 5 stage underpin as well.  

This is what will get you to the buy stage, learning from others who were in your place a year or two ago.

We are already a fortunately high net worth family. however, that is from my spouses W2 income, so at this stage we don’t really have anything tangible to “leave behind” and we want to try to build generational wealth for our child. 

If you get to the permitting stage I have a really good expeditor that gets plans approved quicker than normal.

They are different people in different stages of their life that started in different places.

I've been remote flipping in Cleveland, OH and am in the early stages of prepping for a new build in Annapolis, MD.

I'm flipping this deal and this project is in the rehab stage so haven't netted anything yet.

I am still in the exploration stage and looking into Scottsdale, AZ.
