Jay sounds like the most chill guy you would ever want to meet, as a newbie I would hope to just catch some of the crumbs that fall off that mans table. 

A must view for beginner borrowers in my mind is the American Greed episode on Remington financialand a visit to Ingrid Robinsons website on how not to get scammed by fake lenders  or pump and dump due diligence thieves.. its ONLY GOTTEN worse with the public utterly confusing reliance on the internet to find these folks and their belief's in social media.  

And even if you win a judgment, collecting it is yet another matter, and often an utter waste of time. 

I called all three just to get info on the market of a property I am looking at and it was like I was asking questions never uttered before.

Have found branch level staff utterly useless for an investor.
