We paid billAt this point felt the issue was resolved and roots and such were intiating the blockage and the 2nd cleaning would solve the issue-3rd Time  several months later. 

Not much dating prospects in Roseburg, not much ability to set roots there.

It could have been caused by an old pipe or a tree root broke the pipe.

I tend to think inadequate cash reserves is a root cause of many of the problems too.

And I highly recommend a CPA who specializes in Real Estate taxes.This bears out the real root cause of the issue from the original poster.

However, there must be a certain amount of Gentrification that MUST have taken root.

The way I see it, I don’t want to be on the sidelines rooting for someone else to make money for me or more often, hoping they don’t lose it, steal it or mismanage it to my certain demise.With the way I approach real estate, it is a 100% guarantee every single time that I am going to outsmart, outwit, outperform, over deliver and under promise to the point that I crush my competition.

Sometimes there is no clear case of "cause".Plumbing is always a tough one.If you have a obstructed branch line because a tenant's kid flushed a rubber duck down the toilet, but it would have made it through if the pipe were not partially obstructed by tree roots. 

We are interested in a family home and/or investment opportunities.Our parents have houses in Palo Alto and Menlo Park, we have roots here, but are looking elsewhere.

And we have chosen to plant our roots and do all this in the most dangerous city in America, Rockford Illinois.
