@Mike Cumbie  I have a rolodex and a folder with all the business cards I collect I have calling cards to hand out.. could not think of being a real estate professional without it..

Attend real estate investors meetings in your area, hand out your cards to potential investors, let people know you're a wholesaler.

We hand out a "Protect your family from lead" document at the time of application.

At move-in we provide handouts on tips to use less utilities and explain that they will get a refund if they are able to conserve.  

I am looking for a Awesome PERSON TO PLEASE TAKE MY HAND AND JUST HELP ME DO IT THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME.I am hardworking and am NOT looking or asking for a hand out just some real true guidance as to whats next and if I'm even oin the right track.

Then find seminars, clubs and others doing what you want to do and hand out with them. 

I can't ask for a handout, just taking the initiative day by day to learn and move closer to my dream of financial freedom.
