., I think they are dazzled by the glitz of 8-10% cash on cash returns that are usually touted in these types of pro forma.But they never come to fruition in the long term.Some of them, I have seen, are educated ppl that were drawn in by promises.  

I see it touted on here all the time and it really irks me.

That way it's very clear who the customer is.Most of the sites I looked at advertise Plaid and tout the security aspect of it. 

I'm betting we see the first population increase in 70 years when the 2020 census comes out, and then you'll have national headlines touting the "resurgence of Detroit" that's already been underway for 5+ years.I think it's a fantastic move if you have the flexibility to do it. 

There are countless books touting “freedom” using real estate—I’d probably chalk #2 off as another one of those.
