Pressure relief valves are notorious for dripping, but I've never heard of one busting open.

Tenant also claimed he’s the owner of the property.Landlord relief application still in process.

What a relief-- I took a 15k loss, and thanked my lucky stars to be rid of it.

Getting the second one dismissed, or a relief from the automatic stay shouldn't be that difficult.
