My bigger concern is the texture on the drywall.

I've heard stories on a few different podcasts of these "influencers" renting Lamborghinis and Private Jets for an hour to take their pictures and videos, post it to their page and act like they own the stuff when they don't.

Bathrooms feature marble countertops, and the master has a custom 6 jet shower head.

I realize now that the high contrast between the tile and grout makes any haze particularly noticeable.The tile surface is smooth, with a silky texture.

For my money if the whole wall is being textured and there isn't substantial other damage inside the wall that needs to be "gotten at" then repair is the ticket.
