I have a themed 9br in Champions Gate that does very well.

My church is in Tukwila, and I used to play tennis there (at the high school) a lot. 

While I never owned pickle ball courts, back 30 years ago I owned a 25% interest in a building housing 6 tennis courts.  

These results sort of echo @Jay Hinrichs and @Michael Ealy sentiment championing higher quality B/C assets over cheaper D/F properties. 

I like watching soccer, tennis and playing chess, cricket and spending time with my family.

We have one in Gulf Highlands that is 958 a quarter which includes 11 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, deeded beach access, restaurant on site, goofy golf and other amenities.

It's not as easy to see games from the World Series Champions since we're so far away from Boston now, but other than that Hampton Roads has been a nice place to live.

The best ones I have found so far that warrant a look into further are; Champions Gate, Windsor at Westside, Reunion Resort, Solterra Resort, Solara Resort, Windsor Island, Storey Lake, Providence Resort, Sonoma Resort, Windsor Hills, and Formosa Gardens. 

Champion makes on that says it can flush so many golf balls.
