To add, it is not impossible to find a lender/bank to give you a mortgage when also loaning the down payment because, surprisingly, not all ask or confirm where the money came from.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

For example, a surprise assessment bill that has caught my other clients off guard recently. 3 - It's never a bad idea to partner with friends/family that you trust in order to grow mutually.

They were real sticklers on the whole pet thing, cats and dogs, which I was a bit surprised by.

I'm frankly surprised at how robust the market has remained.
