I hear the sound of the Atlantic surf on the Portuguese beaches can soothe even the blackest, most maggot-eaten ruin of a soul. 

I've travelled out to CR on some surf trips, and we've gone to the west coast.

I have a second LLC with also 1 condo in it, so my CPA is asking for 2000 USD for this small job.I am already dealing with a tenant who surfs the moratorium wave and refuses to pay after all my goodwill that started even before covid. 

I would look both in Puerto Rico (lots of surf and adventure tourism there and it is easy to get to from most of the eastern US) and in Michigan (I know the great lakes attract a rather large tourism crowd in the summer months). 

As I was doing some surfing around today I came across an REI site that suggested writing down the title companies that prepped the NOD's and contacting them to see if they will send you a list of any NOD's they file.

If the surf is up in the morning they may show up late or not at all.

But despite how expensive some things are here - the ability to surf year around in pretty warm water . . . priceless. 5) No lava here - but we got some of your VOG last week.6) Agree expect we don't have plenty for sale right now - very low STVR inventory at this time on O'ahu. 7) I am big fan of the Big Island and may eventually move there - but for now I love all that O'ahu has to offer.

Surf, learn, live, enjoy, earn, invest, spend, laugh, sing, and thoroughly enjoy the journey because once we get somewhere, there is a new destination... but the journey id forever winding.
