I can recommend a great Realtor and Property Manager in the Dothan area.If anyone knows of a contractor in that general vicinity that specializes in mobile home remodels - I'd love some helpful hints! 

If you're willing to make up the difference, the lender doesn't lose anything, so its not a short.The reason I suggested finding another lender is to avoid hinting about what's going on to the current lender.

How about just posting the couple paragraphs before and after each of these sentences to provide some more context for the quotes (hint: I've already read those pages, so I already know the answer...but others here don't, and I think they'd be interested in seeing how an English lit major does with his reading comprehension :).

I gave what i hinted to what i thought is a logical solution, and actually the only solution that we can even play a part.

It never really occurred to me about masking ownership until I read several people hint at it recently.

They got the hint and moved on but I was prepared to turn over any video the local PD that they wanted.
