I have been to the California one... as a guest  I did not pay.. so I did not sit through each module but it is somewhat like a fire hose.. you start at 8 am and go to mid night each day.. there is one speaker after the other teaching you all sorts of different things.. much of it very detailed Like what a square of roofing should costs etc.

God, listening to his tapes was torture, he does NOT have a lively speakers voice, especially for stuff as dry as trusts.

@Steve Babiak  I had just ate a few of those donuts you gave me and was not really that coherent :)although in CA something like 1 out of 10 adults has a RE licnese its some huge amountwhenever I am a guest speaker at an event first thing I do is ask for a show of hands who is licensedand 3/4ths of the rooms raise their hand;.next up is how many are private lenders about half raise there hands... :) and of course lending in CA needs NMLS or BRE Brokers license so you get the drift.. people just do what they want to do.

You might be real lucky and get a "cash rich" partner that complements you might be in the future and going to the local clubs and events in real estate investing and are not based on guest speakers that ask for your money.
