I do the same amount of exercise as before (walking, skiing, swimming) definintely in the moderate range as compared to some other posters here, but like a lot of folks I spend a fair amount of time being a computer jockey.

It isn't just Mike who has lousy applicants, and it doesn't have all that much to do with lower income rentals.I have very nice houses in a ski resort town, and the people who apply to rent from me are absolutely frightening.Deadbeats don't care how much the rent is, because they don't intend to pay the rent, anyway.

I think the median here is 875k :shock: This has the resort market trends as well. resort markets are a whole different animal.
