The yard was well tended, and there were no violations listed with the city for lawn or snow issues (they issues citations for lawns over 10" or sidewalks not cleared in 24 hours).

Cost to develop can vary greatly depending on infrastructure, requirements, utilities, , curb and gutter, sidewalks if required and other local requirements etc.

If you are using it do to larger projects like sidewalks, driveways etc then YES a gas power washer is the better investment
