Even citizens said no?

I am a dual citizen so the taxes will be less for me though. 

Large cities run by Democrats (and increasingly, Republicans) will continue to erode the property rights of private citizens.

When I fly out there I would love to do a meet and great some of you senior and active investors. 

You can buy notes already performing, you can make up your own note, the note can be in senior or junior position, the note can be short term or long term, amortizing or interest only with a balloon payment, etc.  

I prefer tax or county foreclosures because it’s usually the senior most lien except federal liens.Obviously foreclosures carry higher risks, therefore may offer higher returns.

I am a senior in college, and am looking for much more than to just become another employee.

She is not a US citizen so I am looking for ways to protect everything.
