Every submarket/micromarket is so unique, it's hard to know what your's can support when it comes to retail, and what it would be like to deal with those types of tenants, especially small business owners who may operate on a razor thin margin, like most food/coffee businesses do.

Once you have some items that look good, right Click on the photo and scroll down/select "Search Image on Google" (in Chrome browser) and it will find the photo from the retailer that Wayfair drop ships from.

Then on the other end of the spectrum I'd say are the little "corner stores" you find on blocks in the inner city with a little retail space on the ground floor and a couple units upstairs.
