The average person would be shocked but even our enemies like Iran and Russia are still buying our assets through shell companies. 

Usually having a servicing company helps the lender to consider that.  

Before we sold it we hired a management company to reduce the burden, but even then we decided to sell and walk away. 

And I think a lot of companies will realize that productivity is generally higher in cooler climates.

Personal loans through the credit card companies can be approved and fund very quickly and my best rate is 7.9% so shop around as some are much higher.

Amd in order for it to work, the seller, wholesaler, and the title company need to all be on board with it and an addendum to the contract outlining the change in price needs to be created and signed.

You might try corporate housing by owner, or try getting in contact with some insurance companies for replacement housing, or traveling work-crews, etc. 

We got really burnt with our previous PM Company and are looking to change.

Typically, if you have a mortgage, the mortgage company will collect taxes and insurance when you pay,  so there is not really any budgeting required for this.
