Pros and cons of each decision, what worked for you guys, how you made the decision or any other relevant information you have to share regarding the matter.

Yes, we have been doing lease/purchase and lease-options deals for over two decades.The rent+own strategy is particularly relevant when prospective buyers are having a hard time qualifying for a mortgage, either because mortgage rates are high or because prices are rising.Kinda sounds like both are happening right now, doesn't it? 

If we create a website for each property, featuring photos, a video walk-through, a guide to local attractions, shopping, weekend activities, and other unique features, I believe it will be easy to differentiate our offering.ThreatsDecreased demand for traveling nurses.

(You can take a pic with the door open and the envelope about to be put in/even make a video of it - either of this is an overkill, in my opinion.

I assume a common area, front porch etc, i.e no a private area like back yard .... then I dont see that as an issue  Tenant is asking also to see a video or photo of what the camera seesI'm assuming it wouldn't be a landlord issue?

We will have heavy surveillance with video cameras on 30 foot poles in multiple locations.
