Bandit signs, mailing letters or post cards, flyers etc. all have costs.

Use Publisher for address labels, business card designs and post cards.

I had tagged maybe 15-20 homes on a drive that I did and before I could send post cards to them, my system had said "Michael" marketed to the houses. ( I am not michael nor do I know one)There is only one email address to send messages to with drivebuyrei. 50% of the time the emails would bounce back as "Mailer deamon could not send message" error.

I sent a postcard to the owner and they called saying they were interested in selling.

Also saw you on my direct mail list so you should be getting one of my postcards soon LOL.

I sent about 2,000 postcards and got about 15 calls.  

I love direct mail but am ALWAYS open to ways to generate more leads easier.I do my postcards in house but would definitely want to have as much of the website stuff done by others.
