Don't agree one bit with that statement and Im getting a feeling that most people in this thread are inflating the struggles I've been facing.

I help people get funding (mostly through Chase) with good terms like 0% interest for the first year.

Some people will push to get the maximum, even if it means they may wind up with nothing.
