Hello Everyone im a newbie in New Orleans and i have a couple of houses under contract that belong to friends and the dont want them so i got them pretty cheap need the cash to grow my company how do i go about flipping the contracts, and where do i get the forms to do so.

The properties were in New Orleans, so they would have been complete gutted (due to flooding by Katrina), and rebuilt totally.  

First I'm looking to find some serious players in my market (new orleans,la) I'm a plus member now so what's the best way to find serious investors on this website?

I'd LOVE to get some guidance from someone in the New Orleans area as well, and possible partner up on moving this forward! 

I am located in New Orleans , LA and  recently received my Property Management certification from the Landlord Academy Institute last year so that I know first hand how to manage my own multi-family rental properties in the near future.

I look forward to future connections with BP peeps and those close to the New Orleans metro area.

I have had great luck in New Orleans and Portland Maine as well as Miami/Dade county Florida.

One of my co-workers lived in New Orleans and he could hear occasional gun fire in the night from where he lived. 

I am looking to at least complete 4-6 flip, fix, and sell deals in the New Orleans area this year.
