Hi to my new bigger pockets family, I'm Cedric Bailey 27yr old from New Orleans Louisiana 1st of all thanks so much bigger-pockets for even existing. Ive been employed in the oil and gas industry since i was 20yrs old, which i loved when i was younger and also without any kids, wife etc the oil industry was perfect, now i have a family and being away 28 days and being home only for a week i slowly but surely missed a lot. Not to get into personal problems, but real estate investing is now my life and if feels great being here when family needs you the most and not money, my real estate journey has just began and I love it. I look forward to connecting and learning so much.
