Mike - you do not know the exact issues that occurred with Jim's home unless you've spoken to him offline - as you may or may not know (I see you are from Illinois but I don't believe you live in Cook County which is where these homes exist) there are occupancy requirements and often times you are at the mercy of the municipalities for scheduling.
