Greetings My name is Ky-Shawn King I am not new to bigger pockets but I haven't been engaged in learning experience and I want to be , I am currently living in Waldorf, Maryland & I want to seriously get into wholesaling real estate I see the income , I see the potential , but I'm having a hard time with staying consistent and being held accountable I hope with finally being engaged in BP that will change. If you want to message me feel free too I'm always on my phone and from now on I'll always be on bigger pockets . Thank you

Hey Kyshawn,

You've already done the hard stuff. You understood your problem and you are addressing it. That's the biggest step to being successful. If you have not done so, order the investment book and do some research here on the site via blogs and posts. You really need to know as much as you can about the business you are trying to be successful in. I would also recommend joining a REIA. Since you are in Waldorf you'll need to see if there are any REIA's near you meeting on a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly basis. I believe the DC REIA meets in Upper Marlboro twice a month it not more. Finally I would say to you that this is a business, you need to commit to being successful. There is no golden ticket or overnight success in this business. You have to be the tortoise not the hare. Read as much as you can, network as much as you can, go to REIA meetings, become a pro member on BP and don't be afraid to ask questions. Success = Effort, Time, Commitment and Understanding. I just recently go serious myself and I am starting to see results. You have to do it for yourself because no one is going to do it for you.
