What are nice vacation spots in your neck of the woods?

The 3 major bases in VB/ Norfolk are Little Creek, Dam Neck and NOB.

@Fabian Alvarado - I am not in your neck of the woods so I won't be much help in networking, but here are a few suggestions: People set up their 'keywords' to alert them when someone mentions that particular word.

My opinion is that (at least in my neck of the woods) it barely happens.2) The one thing I see many wholesalers overlook is the importance of establishing a good 'rapport' with your seller.

I realize from how sore I am that I have muscles where I never thought I had :mrgreen: I think it will take 2 more days and we'll be done with the painting.I have an interesting story to tell you all....The house next door I've noticed is empty and looks like it has been for a bit.

I only ask as Mt Vernon is up in my neck of the woods but do not see any events up this far.

So I do think there’s some element of muscle-memory.  

Right now, we have our eye on rental property investing, particularly multi-family (probably tri-plex or four-plex), but we're still trying to learn all the possible avenues of real estate investment.I'm currently neck deep in learning the details of financial analysis of potential rental investment properties, and would love some suggestions on the best place to ask questions on this topic (the Buying & Selling Real Estate Discussion forum?).
