Hello Bigger Pockets community,

I am an Independent Contractor working in Multi-family renovations. Thanks to bigger pockets, I'm working on buying my first Multi-family home. I'm interested in flipping and short term rentals(airbnb). Long-term I would like to build passive income through Multi-family rentals.
