Some folks will pass right over a posting that doesn't have any pictures.Also, many REIA groups are setup on meetup.com and you can often times send a mass email to these groups with your property info.

I copy and paste pre-written responses (with tons of information to minimize questions) and reply en masse when I can, but with that number of people, it can get a little cumbersome to make sure everyone has their questions answered or personal requests addressed.

If your project is coming in under a cap rate spread of 200 bps (this is what my firm uses in NYC so I'd assume mass market should be much higher spread), then ditch the project.
