Hi Everyone! I'm new to BiggerPockets after finding their blog incredibly useful / informative. I am the daughter of a real estate developer and have loved the asset class for a long time. Last year I purchased my first investment property, a NNN-leased urgent care center in Ohio with some other investors. Currently, I work for a real estate private equity fund in Chicago and specialize in California multifamily assets and Florida master-planned communities. I'm looking to grow my private portfolio in the near- to-mid-term with primarily for-rent residential assets (single-family and multifamily).

Looking forward to getting more involved in the BP community!
