One can't just jump on the county public records search and find out what other properties you own if they are held in a trust.

I wouldn't be getting anything if the servicer held the balance.

And, I should've held on to that one.

I am fixing to put it in 2 more houses, but after your comments, I will go check out the other installs to see how they have held up. 

I held back 2k because the paperwork wasn’t completed.

For $3k out of pocket along with my insurance I can have a metal roof installed.

But the general rule is that if you are the sole member of a LLC, you cannot be held personally liable.
