I have a copy of Brandon Turner's lease that can be found on Bigger Pockets, but am unsure if this lease is legal and binding in the state of Pennsylvania or if it is missing statutory language. 

If you've already closed on this, there is usually language in closing docs about how you're accepting the property and all terms have been met, so you should have not closed until you were sure they completed all terms to your satisfaction. 

I have to check the language in my lease. 

Maybe you could put different language in the listing if this is a frequent occurrence to see if it makes a difference. 

I am 34 years old and work as a teacher for german as a foreign language.

I have no idea what all these acronyms stand for- any recommended reading so I can speak the language?

Also to note, it being a CFD, the lawyer seemed perplexed by the inclusion of landlord/tenant language.  

The language can easily be included in your lease and must be in at least 8 pt font.

Having to dig up the parking lot and redo the line to the street and repave can be many tens of thousands of dollars depending on the length of the run involved and how deep the lines are.Make sure you have the full financial numbers from the seller and they verify before spending thousands on inspections to only find out sellers numbers are wrong and they will not adjust the price etc.Hopefully in your purchase and sale contract you had language such as due diligence period does not start until ALL of the items listed are received by the buyer.
