Since I have left my sales position, its been a little to isolating for me and my preference is to work with people where I can help others build their business while learning the ropes to be an investor. 

You likely have a landlord tax, it's normally not much, but good to check with the city. 10/10/10 is safe.Buildings are less isolated, gossip and hive like mentality with renters.

One of the benefits of using a Agent, is they talk to each other and each talks to their clients, creating a drama buffer and isolating the emotions.

., one quick thingy: concrete floor sound index should be around 25 by itself.i think residential you have to be around 55-65 as a sum/wholefor your own good (or kids if you have or plan to have little ones) if floor not including heating, use something with thermal isolation properties (cork, other thick-ish substrates).your comfy-cozy feet will thank you in the winter.or just add rugs all around needed areas. just careful with back material (not to scratch wood/laminate from repeated moving actions).oh and calling @Linda Liberatore (does the @ thing works on new BP?).

As a part statistician by education it is impossible to isolate one or many factors as a leading indicator.
