Finally, any sales or transfers of property out can trigger big taxable events in corporations that have to be paid then, instead of maybe being deferred to the future in a partnership or sole prop situation.

I contacted these people  and they wanted me to fill out an application, they wanted tax returns bank statements a copy of drivers license articles of incorporation, I even think they wanted a copy of my drivers license they wanted my ein number.

Then once a price is agreed on, a full contract is put together with earnest money.Hopefully you can incorporate one, or both, of these.

Primarily because such services, although they provide paperwork that is likely to get you past your incorporation body in your state, do not necessarily reflect what is either;A) In your best interestB) The best asset protection plan for you.I would always recommend using an attorney for incorporation efforts.
