Hi,In the Bigger Pockets foreclosure site there are a lot of properties listed as "Status: Inactive".  

I'll long remember the day that I first saw this in action.

I think I also need to stay in action and at the same time keep saving for our down payment AND trust that all the good deals are NOT taken, and that its never too late!
